Register a managed device

/api/v1/devices/register

Registration requires a product schema and a client-prepared proof saved before the initial request. Only hashes are stored server-side. Approved exchanges require a distinct, durably saved replacement_token and atomically verify proof, update device-owned attributes, and rotate the hash. Retrying with the committed replacement returns the same runtime token without further mutation. The old proof alone cannot exchange again. Operator-owned approval and remote-access settings are ignored.
