Submit device heartbeat and telemetry
POST/api/v1/devices/:id/heartbeat
Sends the device's telemetry and collects queued commands and any remote-access credential. The device must be approved. The same action is available as a generated route. Telemetry is limited to 65,536 encoded bytes, depth 8, 512 total keys, 128 keys per object, 128 bytes per key, 256 array items, and 16,384 bytes per string. Limit violations reject the heartbeat before state changes.
