Submit one initial AtomixOS bootstrap artifact
POST/api/v1/provisioning/devices/:device_id
Uploads exactly one complete config.toml or approved config archive through the authorized atomixos-bootstrap FRP route. The server opens the route lease before sending the opaque bytes, polls the returned job, and never retries an accepted POST. Production authorization is supplied by Caddy forwarded operator claims; local development may use its explicit fallback.
