Fetch custom report result rows

GET 
/api/v1/reports/:id/results

Runs a custom report for a verified operator with report-view permission and returns its selected fields plus result rows. Telemetry rows are constrained to the operator's authorized device IDs before report filtering, sorting, and pagination. This remains a bespoke result-shaping endpoint for now because it executes report query construction rather than simple CustomReport CRUD.
